These Terms of Service govern your use of the Anvayance website and any enquiries, bookings, forms or communications submitted through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful business or informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, misuse, copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the website, embedded tools or connected systems.

Services

Anvayance offers marketing, advertising, CRM, automation, integration, dashboard, backend development, landing page, AI creative generation, and website-related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing and responsibilities must be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Introductory Offer & Promotions

Promotional pricing tiers (such as the Foundation Sprint) are strictly limited to the specified number of early enrolled clients and apply only for the first three months (90 days). After the introductory period, the pricing automatically transitions to the standard monthly retainer rate outlined in your agreement. Regular service values and current pricing are displayed on our official pricing pages.

No Guaranteed Results

Marketing performance depends on many factors, including offer quality, audience, competition, budget, market demand, sales process, website performance and follow-up. Anvayance does not guarantee specific revenue, leads, sales, ad performance or business outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to required platforms, approvals, brand materials, advertising budgets, payment information and any other items needed to perform the agreed services.

Third-Party Platforms

Services may involve third-party platforms such as Meta, CRM systems, form tools, booking tools, analytics platforms, hosting providers, email/SMS platforms and other integrations. Anvayance is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions or issues caused by third-party platforms.

Payments and Billing

Payment terms, retainers, setup fees, ad spend, recurring charges and cancellation terms must be confirmed in a separate agreement, invoice or written communication before paid services begin.

Intellectual Property

Website content, designs, copy, graphics, layouts, code, strategy materials and other assets created or displayed by Anvayance remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless ownership is transferred in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anvayance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, third-party tools or services.
